We understand that workplace concerns, such as the anxiety experienced before a particular deadline, the disappointment spawned by everyday workplace failures, the fear of falling prey to the notorious peer pressure and the stubborn tensions of making ends meet are enough to rile one up and drain their physical and mental faculties. If the distress of workplace is not addressed, it can lead to the build-up of dangerous levels of frustration, which if not channeled into productive pursuits, can take a toll on the workers’ physical and mental health.
The sustenance of corporate workers psychological welfare is one of the primary goals of Mehav, however, we understand that the arrangement of corporate retreats in foreign recreational destinations is often not financially feasible for companies and puts an unnecessary strain on the expenditure budget. Mehav provides a cheap and efficient alternative to expensive foreign corporate retreats in the form of mind-soothing therapeutic activities that will not only prove to be recreationally facilitating but also enhance their creative expression, which when ultimately translated into a desire to explore different avenues to increase work productivity, will be of great service to the company.
Mehav aims to allow companies to easily achieve this goal by collaborating with our community’s qualified therapists and counselors, and collectively rendering art a means of unwinding and de-stressing for the working class that cannot afford to spend lavishly on leisure and recreational activities. By doing so, Mehav hopes not only to set a precinct for safeguarding the health rights of corporate workers in our society but also provide them with a much-needed respite from their exhausting and mundane lifestyle, a respite that is not so much a luxury as a necessity in the contemporary world where one’s livelihood demands one too many sacrifices.
